Volunteer Opportunities At ARCA

Special Events:

• Apple Mountain Camp
  ARCA’s Apple Mountain Camp held in mid August is a great opportunity for people to help out with a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, fishing, hiking or games. Click here to check out last year’s camp!

• Help Plan & Make the ARCA Float
  2008 will be the 5th year that ARCA will have a float in the New Mexico State Fair Parade. If you would like to be on the planning committee or would be interested in working on this great project contact us!

Housing Support (Maintenance and Grounds)
Provide home and yard maintenance that may include painting, yard work, yard clean up, or gardening needs. This could be at one of our offices or at one of our many homes in the Albuquerque area. Come and help spruce up one of our homes with some flowers or other plants!

Office Support
Provide clerical support as needed at either the Main office at 11300 Lomas Blvd., or our satellite location at 1515 4th Street NW.

Internships
Provide internship to A RC A in related area. There are opportunities for individuals to intern in several of our departments.

Volunteers must be supervised by ARCA staff when working with individuals receiving services, whether on or off of ARCA property. All volunteers must go through a screening process prior to being assigned.
