ACES is a unique and successful community program dedicated to fostering financial independence and the emotional well-being of those we serve. ACES provides tailored employment services for adults with developmental disabilities seeking community employment and careers, as well as contract workers who can augment your production capacity as an on-site work group.

ARCA offers pre-screened, qualified applicants, on-the-job training, and ongoing support throughout employment. All of ARCA's coaching services are offered at no cost to the employer.

State of the art employment supports include: job coaches trained on trends and desired outcomes, extensive face-to-face contact, expertise in job development, and competence and compassion in delivery of services. With ARCA's help, individuals find and maintain paid work with strong natural supports to foster full inclusion, valued social roles and increased independence.
