ARCA has a contract to provide adoption services for Children, Youth, and Families Department. We have been very fortunate to be involved in many successful adoptions through the support of the Adoption Project by the entire staff and team members who are committed and passionate about providing permanency to children in our program. The families we recruit are loving, caring and giving. They come from many different backgrounds and offer their expertise in supporting the children we serve and supporting one another.
