Substitute
Status: Most applicants are initially hired as casual
substitute status employees. This allows new employees
to work at different locations to become familiar with
the varied needs of the people we serve. Substitute
employees work on an on-call basis at any of ARCA's
homes or work locations and may apply for any posted
positions for which they qualify.
