1. Open Copy Center Order Form. The form is interactive available to be filled out directly without printing or having to fax if an available email address is in use. Printing and Saving options are also available if needed.

2. Fill out the form contents on first page regarding contact information, job information, and form of payment. If there are questions, please feel free to call 505.247.0321 directly.

3. File>Save if a copy is wanted.

4. To send by email: File>Attach to Email if using a program such as Outlook (that has been configured). If using another program such as MSN, hotmail, AOL, etc, please compose the email first, and attach the PDF from the local copy save (see step 3).
